Our 21st Annual Golf Tournament will be held Thursday, May 7, at the Don Shula Golf Club – 7601 Miami Lakes Drive, Miami Lakes. Please join us for a wonderful event in support of our school. TESTING DAY
The AP Exam Day is scheduled for May 5, 2009. Only students taking an AP Exam on that day need to report.PROM DRESSES
When shopping for prom dresses, please remember that the dress should be modest -- no plunging necklines, side exposures, bare midriffs or extremely low backs. Please avoid the embarrassment of being sent home for an inappropriate dress.FINAL EXAM DAYS
Please be advised students may not be absent on the day of a final exam; no excuses will be accepted. As such, we ask you do not arrange for trips or make vacation plans until the students have completed the school year and their last examination. Senior Exams are scheduled for the week of May 18, 2009. Underclassmen Exams are scheduled for May 29 - June 4, 2009.LOCKER EMPTYING
The deadline for emptying lockers for seniors is May 22 and for underclass students is May 28. Items left in lockers after those dates will be confiscated. Nothing should be left in a student’s locker.PLEDGE PAYMENTS
Please remember that pledges are one of the financial obligations that must be up-to-date, in order to re-register, attend Close Up, school trips, and receive report cards and rosters. (Please see page 67 in the school handbook.) Junior parents are reminded all pledge balances need to be paid by the end of your daughter's junior year. Parents interested in charging their pledge payments to their American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit card should call the Institutional Advancement Office at (305) 667-1623, ext. 211, 241 or 243.2008-2009 TUITION
All tuition payments for the 2008-2009 school year should have been fulfilled by April 5, 2009. After May 1, any outstanding balance must be paid with a cashier’s check, cash or credit card. Report cards and schedules will not be released until all financial obligations are met.2009-2010 TUITION
Tuition payments are made from July to April. The first day of school for the 2009-2010 school year will be August 25, 2009. Any student who has not made her tuition payment for July and August will not be accepted in class on the first day of school. Please be advised the Tuition Office will not accept American Express card payments; only Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards will be accepted. The new Credit Card Authorization Form for 2009-2010 will be available at www.olla.org after May 15, 2009. Parents who wish to continue paying the tuition with their credit card must complete the 2009-2010 Authorization Form. Please fax the completed form to the Tuition Office at (305) 284-7811, before June 1, 2009. All others will receive the Tuition Coupon book by July 15, 2009.Kindly remember payments are due the first of the month. Please note it is imperative payments are received in the Tuition Office no later than the fifth of the month. If you send your payment in after the fifth of the month, please include the $30.00 late fee. If this is not included, this amount will accrue in your daughter’s account.
