Our tuition does not cover the cost of educating our students, much less the maintenance and improvements needed, particularly the updating of technology. For this reason, the Institutional Advancement Office, the Parents' Guild and Alumnae Association hold fundraisers throughout the year. In addition, all families are expected to pledge an additional amount, per daughter, payable throughout the first three years of attendance. All pledges are commitments to be fulfilled and will be taken into consideration each year at re-registration time.
The prompt payment of all financial obligations is vital to the running of Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, as it is to any other business. Students must have financial obligations current, paid to date, in order to participate in class, formal dances and activities.
Seniors will not be permitted to attend the senior prom, Close-up or Grad Nite, nor will transcripts be forwarded to colleges, unless financial obligations are met. Seniors must have financial obligations met in order to participate in graduation ceremonies or be granted a diploma.
If financial obligations are not met, Juniors will not be permitted to attend the junior prom or order a class ring.
No Student will receive a roster or be permitted to purchase books for the new school year unless financial obligations are paid in full. No checks will be accepted after April 30th. After this date, payment must be made in cash or money order only. Financial obligations include, but are not limited to: Tuition, Book Fees, Special Event Fees, Registration Fees, and Pledges.
